Richard is the middle child born to Uther Pendragon, King of Dalmacia. He is known for having a strong sense of justice and high esteem for the honor of the Holy Knights and house Pendragon. When we meet him in chapter 3 of Part I, he is twenty-five years old.
Richard was trained in the art of the sword by General Cid, a man that got early retirement because of the harsh realities of life.
The king relied on his son Richard. Not only because he was his son but because Richard always would see things through to the end. When his little sister Rachel went missing, he took it upon himself to do everything he could to find her. While on that quest, he meets Legend, a strangely skilled child accompanied by a talking pigeon. Despite initially underestimating Legend's skill, he soon learns he is no ordinary child.
The quest to find Rachel unveils an even more significant issue that could endanger life in the Arkana. Having a strong sense of justice, Richard cannot stay on the sidelines. He is skilled enough to defeat powerful mages with his sword tech. But will he prevail against the forces that menace the Arkana? Who are they? What is their objective?
