Children spend time playing with their friends in the dimension/world known as the Arkana. If their parents are nobles or have any resources, they learn a valuable craft to prepare them for the future. It is never usual to see a child fighting monsters, though. For Legend, fighting is just any other Tuesday.
Ever since Legend stopped living with Zarbin, the man who raised and taught him everything about martial arts, he started going on adventures with his friend Shin. Shin did find it strange that a ten-year-old kid had the level of strength that Legend had. Of course, knowing that he was the last disciple of the greatest martial artist ever known to the Arkana, he didn't overthink it.
For Legend, fighting is a fun game. Even though facing monsters is dangerous, he finds the challenge thrilling. It seems he has what it takes to be a full-fledged adventurer. The day he met the talking pigeon Meg, things took a massive turn in his life. He suddenly became someone else... it took some time to adjust to himself. Still, Legend was no longer only a ten-year-old... he was also a seventeen-year-old boy from another dimension that had no idea how he ended up in that body and in that world.
After becoming something other than a prodigy martial artist, Legend is placed with a rather daunting dilemma: Should he strive to become the hero of the Arkana, or should he find a way to return to his world? Sadly, he cannot do both, no matter how much he wishes he could. Why hasn't the talking pigeon told him the whole story? Perhaps he will reveal the truth to him one day. We can only wait and see now.
